Fix Point data request

User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal information associated with a Fix Point service inquiry or a future Facebook/Meta connection.

How to make a request

  1. Call Fix Point at 431-275-1213.
  2. State that you are requesting deletion of your Fix Point data.
  3. Explain whether the request relates to a service inquiry, Facebook/Meta connection, or both.
  4. Provide only enough information to locate the record, such as the name, phone number, or relevant platform identifier used with the interaction.

Verification

Fix Point may need to verify that the requester is the person associated with the information before acting. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not provide passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

What happens next

After the relevant records are located and the request is verified, information within Fix Point’s control will be deleted or disconnected where reasonably possible. Confirmation or a status update will be provided through the agreed contact channel.

Possible limitations

Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, or another permitted purpose. Information controlled independently by Meta, Facebook, or another provider may need to be managed through that provider’s own account and privacy tools.

Disconnecting Meta or Facebook

You may also remove an app or business integration through the settings provided by Meta/Facebook. Disconnecting a platform permission does not always delete records already received by another party, so contact Fix Point using the steps above if you also want a deletion request reviewed.
