Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fix Point may collect, use, store, and delete information connected with service inquiries and future business integrations. It is written to describe the current website and the systems it is designed to support; it does not claim security or legal guarantees that cannot be made.

Information we may receive

Information may include your name, phone number, optional email address, city or general service location, preferred contact method, description of requested work, photos or videos you choose to provide, appointment details, and related communications. Do not provide information that is not needed for the request.

Contact and service-request information

Fix Point may use contact and service-request details to understand the work, respond to you, prepare or discuss an estimate or service plan, schedule work, keep necessary business records, handle questions, and improve service information.

Meta and Facebook connection information

If you choose to connect or interact through a Meta or Facebook integration in the future, Fix Point may receive information authorized through that connection, such as platform identifiers, Page information, access permissions, messages, or other data described in the connection flow. The exact information depends on the features you use and the permissions shown by Meta. Fix Point does not need your Facebook password and you should never provide it.

How information is used

Information is used only for reasonable business purposes connected to inquiries, service delivery, customer communication, authorized social-media workflows, operational records, security, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable obligations. Fix Point does not currently use tracking scripts on this website.

Storage and security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect stored information. No website, network, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for an authorized purpose.

Third-party providers

Hosting, communications, workflow automation, social-media platforms, or other service providers may process information on Fix Point’s behalf or under their own terms. Meta products are governed by Meta’s policies when you use those products. Future integrations will be assessed before being enabled, and secrets will not be placed in public website code.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, dispute handling, security, or applicable legal and accounting requirements. Retention can vary by record type and context.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information Fix Point holds about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legitimate business, security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
